Location: Mons, Belgium
Activities:
• Support identification of sourcing opportunities and contribute to innovation-focused initiatives
• Assist with implementation of Agile practices across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, strategies, and innovation objectives
• Contribute to business strategy development, including business cases, budget estimates, and process flows
• Support service improvement activities using KPIs and critical success factors
• Monitor process and technology performance, supporting adoption of new methods
• Assist in implementing automation and operational improvements
• Maintain and update the Continuous Improvement (CI) Register; support related board reporting
• Document and track risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions
• Support risk management activities across projects and technical areas
• Assist in risk identification, assessment, and coordination of mitigation strategies
• Participate in requirements gathering, project scoping, and planning activities
• Support definition and maintenance of acceptance criteria for service transition
• Monitor project transitions into Service Operations and coordinate corrective actions
• Provide cover and support for senior staff when required
Skills:
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
• Practical experience in the implementation of ITIL Service Operations processes, preferably in an Operations Centre environment
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with matrixed structures
• Familiarity with analyzing and reviewing business processes, project management, and preparing business documentation
• Exposure to assessing feasibility of business process changes and recommending new approaches, with the ability to manage execution of business process improvements
• Good knowledge and experience of Telecommunications/Network/Information Technology solutions and products
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile PM or equivalent
• ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation or equivalent
• ITIL CSI or Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent
• Business Analysis Management or equivalent
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
